Japanese Permalinks in WordPress – A simple solution

I searched high and low for a solution to the 文字化け permalinks in WordPress. Or to be more precise, url encoded slugs.
In the end I decided to give up on trying to force it and go simple. I know there must be a solution somewhere though to Japanese permalinks.

My solution, use /%post_id%.html

And add the redirect plugin while Google catches up.
